Customer invoices

Bills you send to your customers, kept against the company they belong to. This is not your Virtisphere bill — that lives in your dashboard.

Customer invoices in the CRM are money owed to you. They carry your business details, not ours, and your customer sees them in your portal under your branding.

Numbering

Invoices are numbered in a series that increments once and never reuses a number, even if an invoice is later cancelled. That is a requirement of most accounting regimes and it is not something you should have to remember to do.

What an invoice holds

Sending and paying

An invoice can carry a payment link, so your customer can pay it from the portal rather than being told a bank account. When payment completes, the invoice is marked paid automatically and the date is recorded.

Amounts are held in whole cents

Every amount in the system is stored as an integer number of cents, not as a decimal. It is why totals always add up to the penny.

Your own bill from us

Invoices and statements from Virtisphere are in your dashboard under Billing, together in one place with tabs. Each opens as a PDF in the browser. Voice AI usage is billed there too, with an end-of-month statement showing every call.
