Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Virtisphere Inc. ("Virtisphere," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and when you contact us about our services. We keep this simple on purpose: this is a marketing website, and we collect very little.
Information you send us
This website does not have user accounts and does not store form submissions on a server. When you use our contact form, submitting it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message — nothing is sent until you choose to send that email. If you do, we receive the information you included, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. The same applies when you email or call us directly.
Information collected automatically
We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Two third-party services are involved in simply delivering the site, and each may process your IP address and standard request information as part of doing so:
- Hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel may keep short-term server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google.
We do not receive, compile, or use this technical information to identify you.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request
- Prepare proposals and provide services you engage us for
- Maintain ordinary business records and correspondence
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
When we share information
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us run our business (such as email and document services) may process your information on our behalf.
- Our companies. If your inquiry is a better fit for one of our subsidiaries, such as DovetailSites or RackStack Pro, we may pass your inquiry along so the right team can respond.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
Emails and business correspondence are retained as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — for example, for the duration of a client relationship and ordinary record-keeping afterward.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at info@virtisphere.com and we will respond to reasonable requests promptly, subject to any records we are required to keep.
Third-party websites
This site links to other websites, including our subsidiaries' websites and, on our advertising pages, the names and logos of third-party streaming services shown for identification only. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and this policy does not cover.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over HTTPS and limiting access to business correspondence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
